At AWS Elemental, Lionel is responsible for managing the company’s video delivery product line and for driving product strategy and expansion in the video delivery space. Prior to working at AWS Elemental, Lionel held senior positions at Matra Nortel Communications, Netcentrex/Comverse, SFR and Anevia, where he served as CTO.

For 18 years, Nicolas Weil has worked almost exclusively for the media ecosystem, providing architecture, development and consulting services to digital content distributors, TV channels and high-profile corporations. At AWS Elemental, Nicolas helps customers with complex live workflows involving MPEG-DASH, low latency or server-side ad insertion, and works on extending the functional scope of packaging products and services. Prior to working at AWS Elemental, Nicolas worked on Akamai's Professional Services team and for several French companies specializing in consulting for media workflows and live streaming.
